Wellness-4-Warriors is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that no veteran is left behind in their pursuit of healing, recovery, and renewed strength. We bridge the financial gap where VA, TriCare, and Community Care programs fall short—providing veterans access to world-class medical care, rehabilitation, and wellness programs through our trusted network of providers.
Apex One Wellness is the founding partner and primary medical provider network supporting Wellness-4-Warriors. While Apex One offers the clinical infrastructure, W4W operates as a mission-driven nonprofit, not a commercial entity.
A percentage of proceeds from Apex One’s participating clinics and referrals directly funds W4W programs to expand access for veterans and their families.
Our home base is in Fort Worth, Texas, but our network of affiliated providers, veterans, and partner organizations continues to grow nationwide.
We serve U.S. veterans and their immediate families, including active duty, retired, and honorably discharged service members, regardless of branch or era of service.
Many veterans face out-of-pocket costs even when using VA or TriCare benefits. W4W helps cover—or significantly reduce—those costs through the Operation Access: Warrior Care Fund, ensuring veterans receive care without financial hardship.
Through our network of trusted providers, veterans can access:
- Primary care & diagnostic testing
- Neuropsychological evaluations for PTSD & TBI
- Rehabilitation & chiropractic care
- Hormone & peptide therapy
- IV hydration & nutrient infusions
- Functional & regenerative medicine treatments
- Strength, fitness, and long-term wellness programs
If you don’t see the service you need, please contact us—new providers and treatments are added regularly.
Visit our Operation Access page and click “Request Financial Help.”
You’ll complete a short application verifying your veteran status and insurance details. Our team reviews each request personally to match you with the right provider and funding pathway.
No. W4W is designed to complement, not replace, existing benefits. We help cover what your VA, TriCare, or Community Care programs may not fully pay for—such as certain therapies, evaluations, or copay costs.
Yes! Our provider network and telehealth options are expanding nationwide. We will help connect you to the nearest participating W4W clinic or telemedicine service.
