4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

W4W uses SMS and voice tools (including RingCentral and optional AI-powered responses) to communicate with veterans, donors, and volunteers.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties.
SMS consent is used solely for W4W communications such as:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Application updates
  • Event notifications
  • Donation confirmations
  • Volunteer coordination

Users may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
